Living room – Queen memory Foam pull out sofa, love seat, Smart TV, and portable AC unit. Cozy wood burning fireplace ( please use Duraflame logs only – not included with the reservation)
Dining area for 6 guests overlooking the pond
Kitchen – equipped for your cooking needs
Upstairs area:
Loft with a Queen size bed, Smart TV, portable AC unit, and children’s toys and board games
Half bath ( toilet and sink only)
We strive to be as Eco Friendly as possible therefore the consumables starter kit provided is Climate Pledge Friendly ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap and sponge, laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels) .
Imagine not having to pack any bed linens, bath or kitchen towels, since they are all being provided! But if you are traveling during the Summer months, bring your favorite pool towels along – those are not being provided.
Outdoor area: Back deck with propane grill, outdoor seating overlooking the pond.

WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE you are welcome to use – Duraflame logs for the fireplace are not provided – please plan accordingly.
TRASH – twice per week pick up, on Mondays and Thursdays ; please put all trash in the small closet, to the right, before you walk through the front door.
The complex has a sensitive septic system. Please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper, and do not allow grease or food down the drains
