Please note that only ONE DOG is allowed per reservation. When taking your pup for a walk outside, kindly make sure to remain on the unit’s side of the yard, which is to the LEFT when facing the front door from the driveway. There is a neighbor residing in the townhome to the right, who values her space and privacy.
🐶 Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.
MAY THROUGH LABOR DAY BOOKINGS
The Association pool will be opening for Memorial Day weekend. We will be heating the pool on weekends up until late June then again on Labor day weekend.
Please be courteous and take your pool toys out of the pool when you leave.
The pool hours are 9-DUSK.
If the hose is needed to be adding water to the pool (as it was
last year please do not take it out!)
No DOGS allowed in the pool area.
NO glass in pool area.
Children need to be accompanied with an adult. There are no lifeguards at our pool so please keep your eyes on your children. The gate is locked- Access code will be provided in the check in instructions
WINTER MONTHS BOOKINGS
Please move your vehicles to the parking lot (located across the street behind the dumpster ), when 2-3” snow or more are in the forecast to help our snow plowing staff clear our driveways quicker. Also, REMOVE vehicles from the parking lot, as quickly as possible, once your driveway has been cleared, so our snow plowing staff can finish pushing the snow back for the next storm.
IMPORTANT: We include Truvi® Guest Damage Protection with all VRBO and Direct Bookings to safeguard our properties and to remain compliant with rental regulations. Please note: Airbnb guests are already covered under Airbnb’s “aircover” program.
