• Guests are required to use their personal logins for all streaming services.
• Safety gates are installed at the top of the stairs on both the front porch and back deck.
• This is a DOG FRIENDLY property 🐶 Up to 1 dogs are welcome; no other pets are permitted.
Restricted breeds include: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, guard/attack dogs, and any animal with a history of aggressive behavior or biting.
🐾 Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch climber, please bring or use a blanket to help protect the furniture. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in the home at any time.
• There is no sleeping allowed in the game room.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM till 8AM
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of tobacco or nicotine products indoors or anywhere on the property.
🚭 Violation results in a $250 fee.
• There is free parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry is facilitated through a secure digital E-lock system with a unique code generated for each reservation.
• In the event of a power outage, the home is equipped with a whole-house generator.
• Toiletries and household essentials are provided as a starter kit for each stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
• We live in a beautiful river ecosystem along the Saco River, which means you may encounter local wildlife and insects, especially during warmer months. You may spot blue herons, hawks, eagles, and other native wildlife around the property. While we work hard to keep the home comfortable and pest-free, some bugs outdoors are simply part of Maine nature 🌲 Bug spray is available under the kitchen sink for guest use.
