* AC ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM – we have portable fans for the rest of the house
*Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. Don’t forget to log out.
*This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom
*Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
*Firewood is NOT provided but if the guests leave any behind, we don’t remove it
*Wood stove and fireplace are not functional and not available for guests’ use.
*The dock is available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend.
* The Dock is 11ft long and 8ft wide . Only boats up to 12ft long can be docked here
*There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Be safe! Swim at your own risk. Life jacket ( 8 adults and 2 kids) are available at the home but please bring your own, to accommodate all sizes that might be needed. Jackets, paddles etc stored under the gazebo
