Indoor pool under renovation – to open by Memorial Day Weekend 2026
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
No bicycles, strollers or other sporting goods are to be left by the front door or other common/shared areas within the complex.
Guests must sign in at the Front Desk upon arrival/check in or the next morning, if arrival is after the front desk area closed for the day.
If you are staying between Nov 1st and April 30th, please turn thermostat to 55 degrees prior to departure.
You must be 21 years old to book this property.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking ( regardless when the booking is made.
Cancellation (15 days or further out to arrival): Full refund of advance payment.
Cancellation (14 days or less prior to arrival): Loss of full advance payment.
