KMA Property Group & CoHosting Services was built from firsthand experience as both vacation rental operators and real estate investors. In 2017, Anca and Mike connected over what began as a simple investment inquiry along the Southern Maine coast. That conversation evolved into a long-term partnership rooted in strategy, operational excellence, and a shared understanding of what makes a vacation rental truly perform.

Today, KMA CoHosting Services specializes in professionally managing lakefront, oceanfront, and destination properties for private homeowners and investors. Every property we manage is individually owned — never part of a large corporate portfolio — allowing us to protect the integrity of each asset while maximizing its performance.

We don’t just advise investors — we are investors. Our portfolio includes a beachfront condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ, a ski property on Attitash Mountain in Bartlett, NH, and two condos in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This ownership perspective shapes everything we do. We understand revenue strategy, expense control, asset protection, and long-term appreciation because we operate under the same realities as our clients.
