About KMA Property Group

It’s the friends we meet along the way that help us appreciate the Journey.

This was certainly the case for Anca and Mike, who first crossed paths in early 2017 when Mike was searching for an investment property on the stunning coast of Southern Maine. Anca was working for a vacation rental agency managing units in that same area. What started as a simple inquiry about rental potential for a condo turned into an incredible friendship.

Over the years, our families have become very close. Our daughters, who met when they were 4 and 6 years old respectively, are now 12 and 14 and the best of friends. We now jointly own four vacation rentals across the Northeast United States, including the #friendshipSRV townhome in the Poconos PA, an ocean view condo in Wildwood Crest NJ, a seaside condo in Wells ME, and the #attitashstudioNH ski condo in the North Conway NH area.

As passionate owners in the vacation rental industry, we’re grateful for the opportunity to share our properties with others. We believe that life is all about making memories with loved ones, and we hope you’ll have a wonderful time staying with us and come back for more.

Our stay was amazing, the home was stunning & the location was perfect. 2 suggestions: only had 1 key, need at least 2. Add a dated itinerary to the confirmation email that includes when all payment & check-in procedures will be sent to guests.

We had a great stay in attitash! the walk to the mountain made it easy for us to ski all day and relax in the outdoor hot tub afterwards. Anca was very responsive and had clear instructions. We arrived at night so it was tricky to find the building since the numbers were not very visible. The condo was comfortable and plenty of space for 2 adults.

Mike’s place is super cozy and perfect for a nice weekend in the area or for hitting ski slopes.

This was a great little place located right on the water. The inside was absolutely stunning, the outside back yard was just as nice. The place was very clean and the host was very nice and responsive. This is definitely some where I would stay again.
