Studio Style Living Area:
* Spacious living room with a Queen bed and a fold out sofa, both with memory foam mattresses
* Sheets, pillows and coverlets are provided for each bed
* Smart TV to keep up with your favorite shows ( guests have to log in with their own credentials)
Well-Equipped Kitchen:
* Nicely stocked for meal prep or reheating leftovers.
* Condo is very close to excellent dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so cooking on vacation is always optional. We’d love to hear about your favorite local restaurants!

Holiday House Condominiums offers access to a seasonal, outdoor pool (typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day). The pool is not heated. Charcoal grills are also available on the property, in the green common area next to the pool (charcoal is not provided but available at local stores nearby, including the Hannaford grocery store).

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking, non – refundable) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
