Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises. A $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. Thank you for your cooperation.

We had the first floor apartment. It was so roomy and well designed that we felt very comfortable whether the three of us were all together or taking some alone time. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and a joy to work in. The bathroom was luxurious and the shower was so refreshing. The queen sized bed was sooo comfortable!Having the washer and drier was so helpful. We loved the walkability of the location. We could walk into town right from the apartment. The deck and grill and table were an added touch and allowed us to dine at the place and just relax. We love Kinnebunks beaches and the beach pass was important to my selection of Robs place. The apartment had lots of little creative touches that made it feel very comfortable and homey. Overall, we had a great experience.

Rob and Erin were great hosts. The place was clean, roomy and cozy. There were two different families that stayed upstairs, and we could hear the kids running around, but that’s to be expected and it wasn’t a disturbance. We were able to walk to several places from the house and were close to beaches (having the beach pass was key). Rob was super responsive to all of my questions leading up to and during our stay. My girls and I will definitely return!

We had a great time!!! Trail walking on the Eastern and Bridle Trails Kennebunk. Kennebunkport shopping, scenic lobster boat trip/Kylie’s Chance, eating on the deck at the Boathouse. Local free music Wednesday in Lafayette Park, Duffy’s for dinner. Lobster Company/bought lobsters and cooked at home. Shields Meat Market/bought steaks and cooked at home. Beaches/ Mother’s and Gooch’s. Coffee on the deck in the morning and wine at the kitchen table at night with Yahtzee and Sorry. Highly recommend 😉
