Guests are required to use their personal logins for streaming services.

Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
No paper towels will be provided…cloth towels instead in an effort to be eco friendly .

Rob’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable. Checkin was really easy. The location was also great. It was within walking distance to downtown Kennebunk. We walked into town several times. The beds were comfortable. We were in the upstairs apartment, which was very spacious. We would definately rent from Rob again.

Rob’s place was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. We easily walked into Kennebunk for coffee and food. We were a quick drive away from the beach and Portland. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this spot.

We had a great stay at Rob and Erin’s place. It was great to meet Rob who was very friendly and communicative. He gave us great recommendations and we loved how close restaurants and beaches were. The kitchen was spacious, updated and easy to cook in and we had plenty of space for grown ups and kids. We were originally going to stay in Kennebunkport, but I was pleasantly surprised about how close we were to beaches and restaurants and loved Kennebunk as a whole!

This comfortable and quaint farmhouse had everything we needed. It has so much character with some original doors but contemporary kitchen and bath. Beds are comfortable. It is clean and on a quiet and peaceful street

We had a lovely time celebrating Prelude in Kennebunk! This Airbnb was very charming, clean, and clutter free. The host was extremely responsive and was very kind to drop off trash bags for us. He also gave us some awesome restaurant recs which was super appreciated! The only down side is that there are a lot of instructions for clean up. We paid a cleaning fee but were responsible for a the majority of it. It makes check out a little stressful because you have to go through a long checklist of to-dos. But regardless, I’d still give this place 5 stars 🙂
