*This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom
*Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
*Firewood is NOT provided but if the guests leave any behind, we don’t remove it
*Wood stove and fireplace are not functional and not available for guests’ use.
*The dock is available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend.
* The Dock is 11ft long and 8ft wide . Only boats up to 12ft long can be docked here
*There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Be safe! Swim at your own risk. Life jacket ( 8 adults and 2 kids) are available at the home but please bring your own, to accommodate all sizes that might be needed. Jackets, paddles etc stored under the gazebo

The LAC Public Works Crew will begin water main repair work on Eagle View Court/Crescent Drive starting Monday, September 22, 2025. The crew will work Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM until 4:00 PM. During this time:

– Traffic in the area may be restricted to local access only.

– Temporary water service interruptions may occur as the work progresses.

– Our crew will make every effort to minimize disruption and complete the repair as quickly as possible.

– Work should be completed by Friday, October 31, 2025.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this important repair is completed. Updates will be provided if the timeline or conditions change.
