Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
No bicycles, strollers or other sporting goods are to be left by the front door or other common/shared areas within the complex.
Guests must sign in at the Front Desk upon arrival/check in or the next morning, if arrival is after the front desk area closed for the day.
If you are staying between Nov 1st and April 30th, please turn thermostat to 55 degrees prior to departure.
You must be 21 years old to book this property.
NO PETS are allowed by the association for renters, however, the owner has a dog. So please be mindful if you have allergies
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking, non – refundable) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification and purchase the waiver, via our partner Truvi.
