* 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (located in bin on the lower level)
* Beach towels will be in each room (1 per person)
Spacious second-floor apartment with private backyard access via outdoor stairs to your own deck. Includes a large sectional, big-screen TV, sunroom, and ocean views.
Private Beach access through the back yard, just steps away!!!
There are 2 other units in the building, so please be respectful to your neighbors.
Important Notes
– ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
– Toiletries/essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
– There is free parking available for 2 vehicles (off street parking). Additional guests can park along Rt. 1A if space allows it. gets super busy during Summer months
– If you are traveling with small or very young children, please be mindful that the home is close to Ocean Blvd that is a busy road; we don’t have any child safety features available such as outlet covers, cabinet locks etc.
– Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. Don’t forget to log out.
– Please note: there is NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer (4 miles away laundromat though)
– Please use the grill only on the deck and not anywhere adjacent to the house
– This home is NOT pet friendly
