Description
Built in 1875, this beach-front cottage has filled generations with the quintessential summer feelings of adventure, family and joy. We are fourth-generation owners who grew up exploring the tide pools on Short Sands, taking evening strolls up to Nubble Light and spending countless hours weaving tales on the porch. Our home boasts ocean views, quick and easy beach access and two ocean-facing porches. It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown York Beach.
