Perfect location for walking to everything. Clean private space and well kept up. Every thought has been put into supplies from wine openers to coffee its all there. We would love to return next year, couldn’t be happier

Excellent location for walking into town, Perkins Cove & Marginal Way. Noisy for sleeping with traffic for front bedrm & living rm if slider or windows open, otherwise good after traffic subsided for evening; it starts back up early morn. Other building renters were quiet as was surrounding rental properties. 2 patios out front were sunny & great for soaking up end of Oct’s warmth & people-watching. Also provided extra living space with great weather we had. Photos had kitchen & living rms looking larger than they were. A bit tight for 4 adults, island seating is split by 4-sided boxed (post?) wall making dining conversations difficult & could not see people sitting on other side of post; there was no indoor dining table/chairs. Living rm could use 1 more upholstered chair to make more comfortable seating & easier conversation for 4. No kitchen or bath hand towels, only 1 partial paper towel & limited toilet paper supplied; plenty of plush bath towels & wash clothes. Very comfortable, cushy mattress toppers, soft sheets & duvet covers. No bathrm fan so should open window to help with shower steam. Lots of windows in living rm/kitchen making rms bright & light (beautiful woodwork around windows/doors). No instructions for fireplace or wall heating/cooling units (though we did not need to use heat or cooling); fireplace would not turn on with remote; would have been a nice feature to use. Hotter water would have been good. Overall, unit was as described-modern & decor was tasteful & beachy, & did I say comfortable beds-very nice! I would highly recommend for 2 to 3 adults. Unit did handle 4 adults though an extra living rm chair would have made more comfortable. 4 stars (vs 5) only because of the size of our group. I would rent again. A place & spot each of us woiuld like to call home.

This location was perfect! And was just the right spot for a lovely weekend getaway. Has everything you need and you can walk to both town and Perkins Cove.

Nice clean – comfortable beds – would be a bit tight for 4 adults as only one sofa and chair in living room . Though there is not table inside ( counter space for 3) . There is a nice patio outside as well as nice sitting area for 4

Excellent location. Centrally located to the beach, shops and all the restaurants. It’s on a main road but there is a lot of privacy. Anca and Mike were great to communicate with and quick to respond. We had an issue with the toaster and they immediately came with a new one. The house is equipped with everything you would need to cook at home if you didn’t want to go out. The place itself is cozy. We are a family of four, with two toddlers and the place itself worked. I think if we were four adults the place would be tight.

Logement bien agréable avec les adolescents et très bien situé. Nous y retournons possiblement l’an prochain!

My family had a great time at Lauren’s place. It’s an easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants nearby. Modern bathroom and kitchen, and it was very close to an entrance to the marginal way.

The location was perfect and within walking distance to Perkins Cove and downtown. No need to drive anywhere as many great restaurants within walking distance. Close walk to the beach as well by getting on to foot path.
