About the Space

Downstairs:
1st Room: (Office) with desk and twin size daybed. Ceiling Fan and Mini Split for cooling and heating.
2nd Bedroom: King size bed with En- Suite bathroom ( Clawfoot tub and separate shower ). Large walk in closet. Ceiling Fan and Mini Split for cooling and heating.
Separate half bath with washer and dryer.
Open concept Living Room – Dining Room – Kitchen
Living room – Sofa (not a sofa bed); Smart TV; Propane fireplace
Kitchen – fully equipped including a dishwasher. Kitchen island with 3 seats.
Dining room – seating for 8 ; mini fridge and coffee station ( starter kit for coffee an tea provided)

Upstairs:
1st Bedroom: Queen Size bedroom with it’s own closet and ceiling fan
2nd Bedroom: King Size bedroom with En-Suite bath. ( Jacuzzi Tub /shower combo) Ceiling Fan. The walk in closet has been turned into a playroom with a twin bed.
3rd bedroom: 2 Twin beds and ceiling fan

Outdoors:
– Gated, 4 feet deep above ground private pool (it is not heated)
– Screened in porch
– Patio with private gas grill ( spare propane tank too)
– Fire pit ( wood not provided)
– Parking for 4 cars (driveway)

Important Notes

***We are not new to the rental market, but switched to self management which is why there are no reviews!***

Streaming services are available on Smart TVs.
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
Propane Grill – propane provided.
There is ample free parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
Guest entry is facilitated through an E-lock, a digital lock system that generates a unique code for each guest’s stay.
This property requires 4 steps to enter.
Fire pit however is for the guests to enjoy. Firewood is NOT provided but can be purchased gas stations nearby.

Pet friendly – Max one dog per reservation

To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE

PRIVACY NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One faces the driveway and the other faces the back sliding glass door area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking, non – refundable) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
