* Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
* Firewood is NOT provided.
* Security camera overlooking the driveway
* Wood stove is not functional and not available for guests’ use.
* Both indoor and outdoor deck table ONLY SEATS 6 at a time!
* The dock is available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend.
* Property is NOT pet friendly, however, please be mindful that the homeowners do have a dog.
* There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Be safe! Swim at your own risk. Life jacket are available at the cottage but please bring your own, to accommodate all sizes that might be needed.
Lost & Found Policy: If you leave any personal items behind, we’re happy to help return them. Please note there is a $15 handling fee in addition to shipping costs, to cover the time and coordination involved in retrieving, packaging, and mailing the item.
