You will have full access to the entire first floor (1,000 square feet) of the farmhouse. You will have your own private entrance, and an additional entry point if desired. You will also have 2 free parking spaces.

Or an easy 10-minute rural drive to downtown Kennebunkport — restaurants, bars, candy stores, coffee shops, shopping and more.
