Where to Eat at Attitash: What to Order

Fries, real cheese curds, gravy, crispy bacon, a scatter of scallions — it’s the kind of plate that disappears fast at our table. It’s become our go-to after a day on the mountain (or honestly, just a day of doing nothing). Pair it with one of their local beers on tap and call it dinner.

Matty B’s also does burgers, sandwiches, wood-fired pizza, and full dinner entrées, so there’s plenty to work with if poutine isn’t your thing — but we’ve never once regretted ordering it.

While You’re Here, You Don’t Have to Leave

This is the part guests are always surprised by: the resort itself is basically its own vacation. Between meals at Matty B’s, you’ve got indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and both an indoor and outdoor gym — all on-site. In winter, you’re steps from the Attitash ski slopes. The rest of the year, there are miles of hiking trails right out the door.

So if the plan for the day is “do nothing,” that’s genuinely an option here.
